Carl Pearson, PhD, is a Staff Quantitative UX Researcher at Reddit with a background in human factors psychology. He's a mixed-methods researcher by training who currently focuses on impacting product teams through quantitative methods, with previous experience at Meta, UserTesting, and Red Hat.

Beyond his research work, Carl offers career coaching and mentorship to UX researchers and writes one of the best blogs in the business, carljpearson.com, where he shares insights on methods, career development, and stakeholder management.
